Touring EuropeWhat to plan for.

Season

The European summer (June to September) is festival and touring season. Good dates close between October and March, so send your offer early.

Multi-country tour

The artist crosses the Atlantic once: several dates in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland or France on the same trip cut flights and costs. Send your dates together as a tour.

Travel from the Americas

The offer spells out transatlantic flights for the artist and team, hotels and ground transport, or whether they are already included in the fee.

Permits and taxes

Each country has its own rules for non-resident artists: work permits, insurance and tax withholding on the fee. We review them with the promoter before signing.
