Touring AsiaWhat to plan for.

Season

In Japan the big festivals are in summer (July and August). In the Gulf the main concert season runs from October to April, when the heat drops. Send your offer months ahead.

Multi-country tour

The artist crosses the Pacific once: several dates in Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Singapore or Australia on the same trip cut flights and costs. Send your dates together as a tour.

Travel from the Americas

These are long flights: plan a rest day before the first show. The offer spells out flights for the artist and team, hotels and ground transport, or whether they are already included in the fee.

Visas and permits

Japan, China and other countries require a work visa for performers, filed with the local promoter, and it can take weeks. We review it with the promoter before signing.
